Through years of experience, we’ve developed an intricate screening process that ensures only the most reliable tenants occupy your properties. Under our guarantee, if any tenant we place faces eviction within the initial six (6) months of occupancy, we take responsibility. We’ll swiftly find a replacement tenant at no additional cost to you. This assurance extends to all properties currently under our management at the time of eviction for Tenant’s placed by us.

Please note, we will handle the task of finding replacement tenants without charging the property owner, if we remain the property manager. However, it’s important to understand that our guarantee covers expenses related to new tenant placement only. This includes advertising, sign placement, showings, and tenant screening. Any costs associated with eviction, tenant damages, utilities, or property restoration are not included in the guarantee.
